Price and your choice
Pay $39 USD once for the Revenue Leak Diagnostic. Complete it and submit one choice within 30 calendar days of your recorded Stripe purchase time. The exact deadline appears in your saved result. Choose either a full $39 refund to the original payment method or a $78 promotional credit toward one $199 Revenue Leak Audit, leaving $121 to pay. With the credit, your total paid across the Diagnostic and Audit is $160. These benefits cannot be combined.
What completion means
Submit the required operating inputs using the same email used at checkout, pass the published intake validation, and receive a completed saved Diagnostic. There is no minimum score, required revenue improvement, sales call, implementation task, testimonial, review, referral, or marketing opt-in. Use accurate figures or honest estimates. The current model requires at least one monthly lead and a positive average transaction value; if those inputs do not fit your business, contact us before purchasing.
Which purchases qualify
Initial enrollment is limited to six checkout reservations, including abandoned or uncertain checkouts. A reservation does not charge you. Availability is checked before creating a payment session. Existing enrolled purchases keep these terms if new enrollment is paused.
Only a new $39 purchase made through the dedicated Revenue Challenge checkout, with these terms accepted before payment, qualifies. The purchase must be successfully paid, unreversed, and undisputed when you choose. Earlier purchases, standard payment-link purchases, other products, and ProjectSignal purchases retain their own terms. Eligibility is tied to one Diagnostic purchase and its checkout email; it is not a verification of personal identity. Duplicate financial claims on the same purchase are blocked.
Refund choice
Confirm “full $39 refund” in the saved Diagnostic. We request the entire $39 back to the original payment method without deducting our processing fees. You keep the completed Diagnostic and its saved results. Stripe and your bank or payment provider control the arrival time, typically 5–10 business days, and some refunds can require additional action or take longer. A pending or failed refund remains a refund obligation for follow-up; it does not become a credit and does not permit another claim. Contact support if it does not arrive or needs assistance.
Audit credit choice
Confirm “$78 audit credit” in the saved Diagnostic. This permanently replaces the Challenge refund for that purchase. The $78 is a promotional price reduction on one $199 Audit through the private checkout linked to that Diagnostic, leaving $121 due. It is not cash, a stored-value balance, or a transferable gift card. It cannot be stacked with another discount, transferred, or used for ProjectSignal, implementation services, or another product. Once issued, this promotional credit does not expire. Saved access links last one year for security; reopen your original purchase-confirmation link to refresh access to an unused credit, or contact support. You are not required to buy the Audit and will not be charged automatically.
One choice, one redemption
Your choice becomes final when the server records it after your confirmation. Reloads, retries, and expired checkout links recover the same choice. Audit credit can fund one completed Audit purchase; an abandoned payment does not automatically consume it. If an Audit payment is still processing, use the same order. An external reversal or dispute of the original Diagnostic payment suspends the associated credit and requires support review. Any approved later Audit refund is limited to the amount actually paid for the Audit, normally $121; it does not restore the credit or change the original Diagnostic choice.
Timing, support and technical failures
Complete and choose within 30 calendar days of purchase. If you do not choose, the $39 remains the standard Diagnostic purchase. A payment, access, validation, or redemption failure does not require another purchase. Contact us within the choice window so the issue and your request can be recorded. We will resolve a documented eligible request without requiring a replacement purchase. The retained purchase-time terms govern existing enrolled buyers if future enrollment is paused.
No revenue promise or subscription
The Challenge lowers purchase risk; it does not guarantee revenue, recovered money, or an operating result. Reports remain directional business analysis. Both purchases are one-time products with no automatic renewal. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. REIGN Revenue is operated by Black Reign LLC.
