Who operates this site
REIGN Revenue is operated by Black Reign LLC. This notice applies to reignrevenue.com and the REIGN Revenue Diagnostic and Audit experiences. ProjectSignal operates as a separate product experience.
What we collect
We collect information you provide at checkout, in a Diagnostic or Audit intake, in a contact form, or in an implementation request. This can include business contact details, company information, operating metrics, website URLs, goals, and process descriptions. Stripe processes payment-card information; REIGN Revenue does not receive or store complete card numbers.
How we use it
We use the information to verify purchases, calculate and deliver paid reports, recover prior reports, provide transactional email, improve scoring and fulfillment reliability, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and maintain limited first-party funnel analytics. Diagnostic scores and business responses are not published.
Transactional email and marketing consent
Purchase, access, recovery, and completion messages are transactional. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately. A purchase alone does not enroll a customer in unrelated promotional email.
Service providers
REIGN Revenue uses service providers including Netlify for hosting and persistent application storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and OpenAI for optional public-business research in the Full Audit. The paid Audit remains designed to produce deterministic analysis when optional AI research is unavailable.
Public research
When a customer supplies a business website, the Audit may review publicly available business pages and public web signals. Customers should not submit passwords, payment-card data, protected health information, patient names, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Retention and security
Paid order, intake, report, consent, and recovery records are retained as reasonably needed to deliver and recover the purchased service, maintain accounting and security records, and improve the product. Recovery links are signed and time-limited. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or removal from optional marketing by using the contact page. Legal and accounting obligations may require retention of limited transaction records.
